If you have a severe reaction to this product, using water may increase painful sensations. Use an oil based product such as coconut oil or aloe vera to soothe the area.

Use: Warm water or sweat may increase a burning sensation on the skin. Apply Miller's Muscle Relief after working out or a shower to prevent that issue. Be sure to avoid applying the product to mucus membranes, and please wash your hands after use.
